18/20 Wheel combo on Fourth Gen
Preferably ZO6's or TT II's...... Would rather have 18/19 combo but can't find the Z06's or TTII's in 19 inch..... Really need to see what a 20" wheel looks like in the back of a fourth gen!! Thanks

I had an American Racing Wheel Dealer (Lawrence, KS Home of the J-Hawks) tell me, "AR now has a 'Custom Shop' that will do chrome TT IIs in any size you want". I priced some 18x9.5 (front) and 18x10s (rear) BUT, I want to see them first. Also, I know with time, the good old American market demand will see some wheel dealers selling them at a fair price. NOT the $350+ per wheel I was quoted.
SO come on, lets see some out there.

TT2's 18 and 20 combo
Looks really good but tires are gonna be expensive and thats alot of wheel you are gonna want to upgrade your brakes for 1 to help stop the bigger rotating mass and 2 stock brakes and big wheels are gonna look really ghetto...

I'm going with GrandSports or ZR1 wheels on my car. All I'm looking for is a fairly lightweight set that comes in 17x11 in the rear. I'm probably the only person in the world that's not excited looking at TT2's... but to each his own.

I liked the 18/20 TT combo for about 2 minutes when I first saw it. The difference is too much for me, If I was to go that route it would have been 19/20 like 00camaro00's. I had a choice before I bought my Lowenharts to go with a set of 19" Axis, but the price was too ugly (a G per rim!!). I actually bolted a set of 22's (yes dueces!!) while I was at Baileys rim shop here in Atlanta and brought the car down off the rack and hated it!!! Here in ATL people go for the bigger sizes and I got caught up in it too lol.
My best advice is to do some searching around, When I bought my rims I had no idea they were Lowenharts ($1000 per rim as of today). But thats not what I paid for mine. So I'm real happy with my final pick. Goes back to the same saying "to each his own"
Oh yea, I'm changing backrounds to see which one I like. The one that is on there now is a sheet of silver carbon fiber. I think yall will like it better when I lay it on every plastic panel in the car!!!!
