Question 17x11s Whats needed to do it?

I want do do 17x11s out back on my 1997 z28. What is needed? I dont want to have to roll the lips. Can i just buy the 17x11 rims for the back and bolt them on. Or do i have to hammer fenderwells roll lips...?

Waht offset do i get for correct fitting?

How big a tire can you slap on the rim? 17/xx/315? or?

Kyle

Ps i have a BMR adjustable panhard rod. The car IS NOT lowered either.

17 X 9.5 56mm offset fronts
17 X 11 50 mm offset rear
315/35/17 rear tires

You may have to hammer the fenderwells a little to get the fenders to clear.

Mine fit too with no problems, you just have to jack up the rear by the rear end so the lower control arm isn't hanging down.

The only you might want to do is trim the bump stop brackets, I hear they might rub the inside of the rim at times.... I wouldn't know havn't gotten my out of the garage here in Frozen NW Ohio!

If yours is lowered as mine is, you'll have to roll the fenders and massage the wheel well.

Mine is dropped about 1.3" and havn't had any problems yet... But I have yet to drive her after the wheels/springs.
