How did you go about polishing the alternator and the accessory brackets?

The alternator, alt. brackets, timing cover, water pump are all powdercoated 'reflective chrome'.

I am purchasing a stock alt, alt. bracket, timing cover, and H20 pump housing and will be polishing those. It does not match the aluminum valve covers as much as I would like to, and since I will be attending many car shows next year, I want everything to be matching.

I will have the powdercoated pieces for sale shortly.

Cost me $50 for the powder and then to actually have someone powdercoat everything.

I thought those parts were polished, that's a nice color of powdercoat, looks like polished aluminum. I might have to go with that color, where did you get it?

I'm loving the polished treatment under there. You're really making me want to get some polished valve covers and shine up my alternator.
