WTT:PSP for PS2 or Xbox

i have a PSP that i have had for 6months. it's the 2.0 version. this is the package:

original box and instructions
Spiderman 2 movie
sample disc with videos and music
games are:

1.Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition. close to finished
2.Need 4 Speed Rivals.played once got hooked on the next 2 games.
3.Star Wars Battlefront 2
4.Need 4 Speed Most Wanted.
accessories are:

home charger
cover case
ear buds
car charger can listen sound on the car stereo
screen protector on it
screen cleaning cloth
not sure if i missed anything.
i am looking for a PS2 or Xbox with games to trade.

I have the slim ps2, with the power brick that DOESNT fail! 1 mem card, 2 controllers, DDR extreme3, N4S2U, red fraction 2, few others, VERY lightly used system, still have the plastic protective thing on the top of the polished strip of plastic. I'll trade you everything shipped.
