FS: Guitar
Ibanez GRX40 electric guitar. Resembles a Fender Stratocaster.
Has 2 single coil pickups and one humbucker.
Guitar is in good condition, theres a paint chip on the top of the body. Otherwise its good.
Includes whammy bar, gig bag, chord chart, beginners booklet, DVD, electronic tuner, and I'll install new strings.
I have a few pics if anybody is interested.
Excellent guitar for beginners or for people interested in trying out the instrument without spending alot of money.
$60 plus shipping

Re: FS: Guitar
this was my very first guitar. Way back when. Mine was a nice dark red. I loved it...then i smashed it for a show..now im playing a Schectar C1 Elite with the custom orange paint, gold hardware and inlays.. cost me a pretty penny but she plays all by herself..
Bump for a good guitar

Re: FS: Guitar
Where are you in MI? I might be interested. I have been contemplating learning the guitar. I was thinking of starting off with an accoustic though. Do you think it is easier that way or electric is fine as well? I am music literate, played trumpet for 7 years, but never really tried strings. Send me a message or reply.

Re: FS: Guitar
I'm in the u.p.
Acoustic takes stronger fingers, I've been playing for a year and a half and I'm not as good on an acoustic.
Electrics tend to show more......inaccuracies in fingering the strings. So its also easier to detect when you are doing something wrong.
I preferred electric when I was beginning, but everybody is different.
