What would you do?

What would you do if you had this topend.Brodix track1 heads with porting super vic intake and a soild roller cam 265/270 at 50.620/625 lift. The car drivin on the street so dont know if I wanna build a 400 or a 355.I will prob be doing stock crank with scat I-beam rods and forged pistons. Will a 400 take the beatin of being street drivin a bit?Alot of ppl I talk to say 400s are like a timebomb. If I can find a good crank in the 250 or 300 range I would prob get a new crank also. How are the track1's anyone use them? This in a 62 chevyII should be fun on the street!!

Re: What would you do?

I'd built a 400 just b/c they like to rev more than a standard 355. I say go for it,and spray a little 150 shot on it at the track for some added fun .

Anything is a timebomb if its not put together the correct way.
