Tuning a new crate Vortec TPI
I just had a Scoggin Dickey Vortec TPI engine put in my 87 IROC. PCM4LESS did a custom burn.
I have put about 700 miles on it now. The tailpipes have black **** on them as if the engine is running too rich.
What kind of shop should I contact about getting this fixed? Is this something a Dyno/Tune can fix?
