Throttle body options for a single plane

Hey guys I am picking up a Victor-E for the combo in the previous post.

What are the lastest and greatest in throttlebody's?

I was leaning more to a 4 barrel progressive type as the car will see some street use.

I would like it all to fit under a stock hood but a Cowl hood isn't out of the question.

I did a search and the only relevant thread was well over a year old.

And please try to stay on topic

You have 3 basic choices, LS1/ford single bore with accufab or wilson elbow, LT1 dual bore or monoblade with intakeelbows.com elbow, or 4bbl on top. I went with the single bore 90mm on mine.

Any benefits to one over the other?

I was leaning more toward the 4 barrel type. It seems to me the elbow would create problems for me as I am planning on running a nitrous spray plate. Am I worried for nothing?

Thanks for the reply

I am with you considerint the 4 barrel type with a plate, But haven't gotten to that point yet.

What 4 barrell are you looking at? I was just going to get the Accel set-up instead of trying to convert an intake etc....allready have the DFI

^fuel injection will yeild more drivabilty over the carb set ups. For a dedicated race car I think it would depend on what you are wanting to do.

Its a personal preference for me.

Mdacton I was looking at the sqaure Accel rated at 1550 CFm and getting the Bars installed in the intake by NitroDaves.

I'm thinking about 3 bars, 2 nitrous and one fuel. So I can run a dry and a wet shot.
