I have a 2.200" intake valve and a 1.625 exhaust valve in my AFR 210's.

I believe that running a 4.030" bore is hurting me....I would much rather have a 4.125" bore(the extra cubes would be nice also)...or bigger to get the most of the heads.

So yes, you can run a 2.100" valve...

There is only one LT1 head from Dart but it can be ported to fit anything. There are some options on porting them as well.

I agree with Rich.... a 2.055" valve is about all I think you need.

Then again, I would bet the CNC'd head was designed for a bigger bore than you have, so it might be a better idea to get the 215cc or 230cc and have someone work them over for you with your bore size in mind.

Just my $.02
Yea who ever did the converting of the heads i would also have them work them over to futher help provide decent flow for what i have.

Thanks for that info, I've pretty much ruled out running the 2.10 valve since there hasent been any proof they will help vs the 2.08 or 2.05 running them on a 4.030 bore.

Do you have any info on the LT1 head or a link to them? I looked on dart's site and i couldn't find anything reguarding Lt1 head. I've read alot of people talking about them but thats about it.

Found The Dart LT1 head on jegs website.. It doesnt looks as if there will be enough in these heads to support the 396. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...32783_-1_10187

Also found the brodix LT1 head as well. Same goes with these. http://www.mbeperformance.com/brodix...ead-p-206.html

What do you guys think?

Bret shoot me that e-mail still im curious to which dart heads you would recommend and also the price to convert a Single plane for me.

2.055" would be my choice too. I have done motors with 2.08" with the same basic combination, didn't hurt but also didn't gain.
