Post Suspension geometry

Is there a particular generation of F body that handles on an oval race track better than others? It may have been b.s., but I have heard that the 70-81 front suspension has benefits over the 82-92.

I'm not talking about taking a stock car and comparing, but highly modified versions.

Well from what ive experenced from dirt tracks it started with the subframe issue like street rods..The upper control arms boltd to the subframe dont have the fabrication issues like the 4th gen in a street stock car..Plus they have been around for years longer..Thats to keep it simple..

Its all about adjustments from what i understand, but then again ive only built 3 street stock cars...
