Well if you plan on making any pwr with stock heads your going to have to put a lot of work into them $$$$

A stroker with stock heads (54cc) will make 11.5:1

There are Co. that will CNC port your heads but IMO you would better off getting after market heads so you don't choke your motor.
Yes even though your thinking about a STS turbo you wont get the pwr you want. You would be better to stick the money into the following:

Heads
H-Beam rods
Forged pistons and a good crank then you wont be sorry in the long run.
