Speed vs. Idle ?'s

I remember a thread awhile back about people having a high idle that was speed related. Like, car wont idle all the way down untill around, I dont know, 10 mph. or so. Well, my car does this bad. I'm putting a cam and headers on right now and will be sending my pcm off to pcmforless and was wondering if anyone has addressed this prob. yet. I've cleaned up the IAC seat and the motor "valve" thingy. I want to be able to put it in N or push in the clutch and have it idle down like a normal motor, at any speed, sure would be nice to ride by with the cutout open and my new 306 sounding off
