sbc stock balancer & 7000 rpm

sbc stock balancer & 7000 rpm
I've got a 355 sbc street , with some home ported heads and i want to rev to 7000, but i've got a new stock CAt Power balancer. Can i rev this high, with this balancer? If i have to get an sfi balancer, would i have to rebalance my rotating assembly?
