Offset lifters (0.180" intake) and rockers (0.450" intake, 0.100" exhaust).

According to the Crower catalog, the AFR 220s and 227s use the same rocker offset and the 180s and 210s have a 0.250" intake offset.

I am speaking of running stud mount RR's not shaft rockers.
I'm not confused about the stud mount but haven't assembled a set of 227's with shaft rockers on an engine.
