Need H Rod Help

Need H Rod Help
Hey guys,
A few weeks back a buddy of mine gave me a set of H-beam rods that were part of his rotating assembly that a machine shop build for him but he went with a 454 instead. My question is that all the rods look the same but on 5 rods the threads go up all the way on the cap they don't look differnent in any way except for that. The part # on the rods are 6.000-B and all the rod bolts say Eagle 2000 1.6 ARP, the rods are new but if they are different will they balance okay. Also they have some #'s marked into them on the side I quess when they were balanced they say 180 PF. Any help would be great.
