measuring push rod length
Most of the shaft systems come with a setup kit... have only used Jesel and Crower so I don't know about the others.
Anyways, you need to shim the rocker stands til the setup 'rocker' sits at the crest of the 'setup bar'. Then you shim til the top of the valve stem is even with the gap in the setup rocker... just use a straight-edge.
From there you assemble and decide on the proper pushrod length.
