Ign. Fuse Popping

Well went to the dyno yesterday did a few pulls'.. On the last pull i added 1.5 degree's from 2800-6300 throughout the band. WEll it all worked well.. While sitting in the parking lot it. Just died.. Did some research put the other prog i had in it in and what not and ultimately discovered it was a blown Ign. fuse.. Cool.. Why? i have no idea.. So i changed it and voila.. Fine all day yesterday and what not.. WEll thinking it was a freak thing.. I re up'd the prog and sure enough it popped again same thing.. drives fine and then for no reason pop's it.. Anyone have any insight where to "Start" to look.. ONly when i add timing.. Otherwise it don't do it..

Seeing you have a water pump how did you wire it?

I bet you wired your water pump to get power from the ign circuit..If so, you are overloading that circuit since the pump does pull 9amps..You need to wire it in via a relay so you can get the water pump on a seperate circuit..

The water pump is wired through a relay. I don't have the problem when i have my normal tune in.. Which is whats stumping me.. Only when i bump it up 1.5 degrees does this thing randomly pop..
