I no that cola made these for the gm crate 383 motor there a one piece seal but can you put a lt1 hub,balencer and flywheel on these ?? There a 3.800 stroke so you can just use a piston for a 3.750 stroke and end up with zero deck hight

hmm, then maybe you should hook me up?!
i don't see why it wouldn't fit, 383's used standard sbc flywheels and balancers. unless they came up with different specs for the crate motors but i doubt it.
but then i really don't have experience with crates so someone else answer.
if it works let me know what you can get one for unless i can get one at a decent price i'll be using a stock crank. so let me know.

hey limige i didn`t think i would get much help here because i didn`t think anybody has done it yet so i`m going to be compairing and measuring it to a stock lt1 crank i will let you no whats up in a few days.

OK we compared and did some measuring at the machine shop today and this new gm 3.8 stroke crank will work in a lt1
so if somebody wants one let me know
