FlowBench Comparison

I notice how everyone posts flow numbers but there are several flow benches available. Anyone know if the Superflow SF600s is more accurate than the FlowData FD700? I have seen flow numbers ran from the FlowData and the intake was right in line with what is expected on the LT1. However, the exhaust port measurement has me concerned. Stock LT-1 heads after full CNC porting are flowing 269 intake and 240 exhaust. I would like to someday buy a flowbench and start working with it but I really don't have a feel for which one is better. Besides, the SF600 is almost 3K less.

Every bench will read differntly than the next..The thing is to use the same model if all possible..Those #s seem way high..Hell the exhaust is almost up there with my 18* heads..The intake seems a little low for a CNC port..Ive gotten more than that from a hand port..Probally just the mold the have modeled..

You can find cheap benches at www.usedshopequipment.com if yor ready to buy..I bought my tubing bender there as well as some other stuff for my shop..

Can't go wrong with the SF600. Superflow has been around for a long time and the bench will flow as accurate as it's calibration/operator want it to.
Your exhaust #s are messed up, no other way to put it. Hace them checked again.
