I am new to programming and need some help with safe A/F ratios and tuning using the VE table with the FAST fuel injection.

What is a safe A/F ratio to shoot for. I am running a LT1 (396) w/T-76 turbo and #65 injectors. I am shotting for around 700 rwhp and want to run around #15 of boost. I will run only pump gas on the street and some race gas at the track. I just want to keep everything safe and not damage anything.

12.0 A/f with 27 degrees of timing is safe for about 12psi. every car is different.
