Epoxy in intake and heads?

How much can be used? any chance of it coming off?

I may need some epoxy to lift the floor of my intake and possibly some to reshape something in my heads.....I'm not familiar with this stuff, Just curious as to how it works

I've never seen a problem with it IF you clean everything, make sure the surface has enough places for the expoxy to bite into. I've had it installed in parts on vehicles running for years now thru all sorts of extremes.

I have had different experience with the stuff. I had the floor of my intake done (by 2 different) head guys and over about 2 years the stuff would chip and crack. I have seen other owners who had it done and in time had the same problem so I stopped.

Maybe the stuff lifting was caused by something else but that is the reason I quit using it.
