engine ID

i have a small block chevy but dont know if its a 383,or a 385 fastburn. engine block is stamped 10243880, heads are stamped12367712, like to know what it is and, and what year did the 385 fastburn come out

10243880...350...95-00...2 or 4 bolt...Vortec ,Gen.I,roller cam,one piece main seal
