Carbed 350 in my 99

I have a 99 with a 3.8. This summer I want to build a carbed 350 to put into it. Carbed because I don't want all of the computer crap. Besides not having working stock gauges, and having to probably mod up some motor & tranny mounts, how hard do you think this will be and what major things are going to be necessary?

From: Council Bluffs, IA Might as well be Omaha though!!!
the first thing that comes to mind is that your distributor will be well under the cowl, which will make it a pain in the *** to adjust your timing.
