Broke ARP head bolt inside the block!!!!!
Broke ARP head bolt inside the block!!!!!
it's on the bottom row, 2nd from the front. Its recessed about 3 in. in the block. Can't even see down in the hole to see if your going to drill centered and straight. I have a guy comming to look at it to bring an retracter rod and mabey weld inside the whole, like creating another hear bolt then mabey trist it back out.
I know the bolt pattern and torque specs were done right. DO u think ARP wil do anything about this??? They are arp bolts...

I didn't think they even threaded in that far (3")? In any case, I can't see how you'd be able to weld to it if it's that far in the block - it's hard enough welding to them when the break flush to the surface.
Re: Broke ARP head bolt inside the block!!!!!
No offense, But 3" sounds way too deep, Did you use the right bolt in the right hole, For instance, not using the longer bolts on the bottom holes, since it was the bottom row?
Just a thought, but ARP should take care of you if that was not the problem.....
