Best 23 Head on LT1 with stock PCM?

I'm trying to choose a 23 deg head to run with a single plane intake on my LT1, while still using the stock pcm. Without going to an 18 deg head, which head would be best for a drag car? Here's the details:
396 shortblock (-11cc pistons)
261/273 dur. 660/680 lift 114LSA
T56 and 3500#
N2O

I've seen some AFR's with decent intake low lift flow numbers, but the exhaust is a little shy isn't it? The DART 220 looks like a better head. But I'm looking for insite from someone who has built some SBC's with ~650-675 NA Hp. Or is this even possible with a 7000rpm limit?

Thanks,
Bryce

Jimlab already hit that # with AFR 215RRs (396, solid roller, n/a).

BTW aren't you wanting to match your cam to the heads you end up going with?

Yes, I would change cams if I needed to. I've already got that one in the shortblock though, so I'd need to know after I get some heads done if that cam was grossly mismatched to them. I didn't think it was too bad though. I just wanted a few opinions so at least I start going in the right direction.
