ok i have a 77 chevy nova race car with a 468, TH-400 trans break, 12 bolt with spool, and ladder bars this car runs low 10s. i dont know if any of yall have seen 77 chevy novas but they are ugly looking cars. soooooooooo i want to build a new race off of a 4th gen camaro!!!!!!! how hard is it going to be to put that 468 in that 4th gen? i know the obvious mods that are going to have be taken such as pro stock style hood and probley coustom hedders. but other mods am i going to have to do?

Do a search for it. A couple guys (Brady96Z, Meathead) did a 540 in a 4th-gen last year.

 

Maybe you could also find some info on the Camaro ZL1 Concept, I think Bob Lutz had built, had something crazy like a 572 c.i. engine, 2000 fourth gen Camaro.Here is a picture of it. I'm sure someone knows more.

 

My brother has a 468" BBC in a 71 Nova. As much as I like the new cars...the Muscle car look gets more respect IMO.

 

I bet that would be a fun car to drive, lol\
