AFR inhouse porting is usuall pretty good and safe

it depends on what application and how much HP required ?

most of all, don't forget about the intake manifold and carb

the best head in the world will not live up to performance expectations without the rest of Induction System keeping up

air does not know where the intake manifold stops
and the head port begins

air only responds to cross-sectional area, length, flow restriction shape for most part

This is an LT4 and its s/c engine...

I just want to know if I should go with the competition porting vs the race ready...

TEA told me it was not worth it to go with the competition, but I've been seeing a bit of mixed oppinions yet I haven't seen a real comparison other than their website.

Its $600 bucks more (which I shouldn't care) but if its not worth it then spend it on a bigger supercharger and overcome it.
