Adjusting IAC Counts
I recently installed a CC306, AFR Heads, 1.6 RR and a TPiS 58mm TB. Everything went fine with install and the car fired right up. TPiS suggests setting the IAC count between 30-40 and when logging on Datamaster records the IAC at 118. They also suggest setting the TPS to approx. .54 volts which was done but I can't figure out how to get the IAC down to where they suggest.
Also on Datamster it says that "Desired Idle" is set to 3188 RPM's.
Now it doesn't idle near that much but could the Desired Idle setting have anything to do with the IAC counts as high as they are? Bryan at PCM4L did the programming and his idle is set to 875 RPM. The car idles around 1200 when cold. Then driving it it fell to about 750-800 on the verge of stalling then when I came back on the first test run it was idleing at 1200 again.
I know it should idle higher when cold but it stayed up at 1200 after it was warm, then it would drop and rise again.
Any help? Thanks

You might need to do the 'drill out' mod on the Throttle Body. Everyone i know down here has had to do it on a 58mm TB to get the car to idle right.
I searched but cant find the web page that had the instructions and pics, maybe someone else has it.
I will also get this over to LT1 Tech also since it doesnt really fit in Adv Tech.
Thanks.
