700r4 problems

the first problem was that it takes a long time to shift from 2nd to third
it did this 8-9 hard runs under 150 shot, then on strait motor the tranny lets loose in 2nd gear only and now happens everytime in second.
The first time it happend it made a pop at about 3500 rpm and then went to 7000 grand in a second.

I put the car into gear and now it slides into gear like a cadillac.
it shifts fine from 1rst to 2nd and 3rd to 4th but will not hold 2nd all the time it's very soft not like when i put in the servos

i took the tranny out thinking it was the band but it looks okay. i can get as many pictures as needed.
i just don't know where to look.

i have a most of the parts from this site
http://www.transmissioncenter.net/700MegaRaptor.htm

sorry if i'm not clear it's almost one

any help would be great, were driving to chicago in 2 weeks

found out the problem guys, the reverse input drum that the band connects to had a big uneven grove on it that started at the front and got deeper as it went back.

so naturally i'm over nighting the parts so i can be up and running on saturday.

Thank you very much ***********John from Master Transmission******** in Rosemount, Mn you guys are the best.
