1978 Camaro Cam question

I am working on a mild street build for my 78 camaro. I have a pretty much stock 350 and am looking for a cam recommendation.

I want power from idle-5500 rpms. I want good low and midrange torque, and acceptable fuel economy, decent idle, and dont care much about top end horsepower. I want to stick with a hydraulic non roller flat tappet cam. I dont want to have to change valve springs, or get longer pushrods or mod the heads in any way.

I have a 4 speed manual transmission with 4:10 posi rear end. I have 2 inch dual exhaust with long tube headers and glasspacks.

My build:
Heads: 1996+vortec truck heads
Intake: Edelbrock dual plane for vortec heads idle-5500 rpm
Carburetor: stock quadrajet (750 cfm?)
Ignition: HEI

So what cam would you guys recommend for me? Hoping to spend between 250-350$ on a cam. How much hp/tq do you think it will make? I want to make 300+ hp and 325+ tq, is this possible with this build? Thanks.
