if you got all 4 bolts out, then the reason it is stuck is that the threads on the booster are getting hung up on the pedal bracket. Wiggle the booster again and see if it comes loose.

4 nuts inside the car come off, no bolts need to be taken out from the inside.
Here are pics of mine;
Last pic here is looking up from the floor, you can see the two on the LH side and the RH two are hidden behind the bracket in the picture.

The threads of the studs could be hooking on the bracket inside the car. Pull and wiggle while pulling and see if it starts to move if you have all four nuts off.

I took 4 bolts out, yes. 2 bolts had green compound on the threading to prevent them from coming out, and the other two didn't.
My friend just recently found 2 more bolts somewhere behind the steering column that he claims need to come out.

You keeo saying bolts, unless they changed the booster from 85 to 86 they will be nuts, They will have a brass color to them and green plastic at the top to prevent them from backing off of the studs to the booster, All 4 of these must come out.

I keep saying bolts though. Sorry ALL of the brake-booster nuts will have the green stuff on the tops threads? Because only 2 of the bolts I took out did; the other 2 didn't.
