Would I need a Chip?

Ok guys! I have been checking out some 350 short blocks to replace the poor old LB9 I have in my Z. Would I need to get the chip replaced right away or could I drive the car with the 350 and 305 heads for awhile? I would also get the 305 heads ported and polished since they will be off the car. Any other ideas would be great too...

Lates,

its called a "i-dont-have-all-the-money-&-make-it-work" swap. LOL Naw man its not gonna be half-A--'d. I have been learning how to read and change prom settings so I just want to be able to go with a base setting and work from there. Just need the money for the burning stuff. The Engine stuff is cheap compared to getting the chip right on with the engine. And I have yet to let anyone else work on my cars. Not gonna start now just because of a program...

Lates,

Demo

P.S. Keep em coming!!!
