AFR 190cc or maybe AFR195cc. Talk to the guys at AFR and they will advise you on the head you will need based on what you are trying to achieve.
By the way, it is "which" not "witch". A witch does not need a set of heads. She flies on a broomstick.

Get it? like the Dickchonery book?

If they are vortec heads, I kinda advise against them. Not much fits to them for TPI unless you go to Scoggy Dickin or I heard a couple of companies also do it. I kinda hate to buy something that I can't fit another manifold on without a lot of work.
I would say waste your money on some AFR's. It's not what I did but I am on a budget so some CNC Ported with bowls blended World Products Aluminum Heads that have bigger valves and flow more than AFR's and are only $699.99. But Like I said I'm on a budget.

What would they flow out of the box vs AFR heads. I don't think there is a much of a price difference between the 190s, 195, 210s, etc. Which ones were the World Products being compared to?
It makes me wonder why it is so cheap tho. Might be something lacking. Cheap and same performance as the AFR or any ones, makes me suspicious. TFS ones were cheap. Bought them and regretted them because the QC sucked like a $1000 a night hooker. I can't prove it but I suspected I lost an engine because of it. They broke a spring on the #4 cylinder. Replaced it and noticed that the pushrods were rubbing on the guide plates. Later when I took the heads off, I found that when the springs were removed the valves wobbled in the guides. Seems like it was only the passenger side. 2 weeks after I got them installed, they sent me a new set of guideplates because there were problems with the installed ones. My suspicion was that the guides wore prematurely (after 30000 miles) on the passenger side and caused the valve to wobble which might shortened the life of the spring and spring failure occured. Outer spring broke and inner was ok. Might have caused valve float and piston hit valve. When the head was off, you could see the compression ring where the valve hit it and broke it.
Moral of the story, you get what you paid for. You won't get more but less is possible.

A lot of folks are complaining about the springs on the AFR heads. They are breaking fairly often, from what I've read on www.thirdgen.org
