Will the flowmaster 80 series muffler work with my Camaro?

I have an 88 Sport Coupe with a 305. And I was wondering if the flowmaster 80 series muffler would work with my camaro. I only see a 5.7L Kit and I wasn't sure it would match up. Thanks Guys

i was going to buy these but i couldnt swing the shipping..theres a guy selling some with some really nice tips in the buy/sell forums...he wanted $50 plus shipping which was like almost $60 for me cuz of the size of the box...would be close to what you want to spend. he said he would cut the tips off and send it like that...shipping wasnt much. go searchin for it

I have one on my car. It sounds really nice, but I gained no horsepower.

94LT1Maro,

I'm selling a Flowmaster crossflow 80 series (was'nt sure if you guys were talking about mine or someone else's?). It already has 3" slash-cut TAILPIPES (not tips) welded on. Kind of looks like a 5.0 foxbody Mustang exhaust from behind but with bigger pipes.

If you're interested let me know and I can email pics.

94LT1Maro,

Search for a post where "EngineerMike" responded with dyno numbers from swapping away from his Flowmaster. It's in a thread that was on the LT1 board called some thing like 'debunk the myth of the flowmaster'. Search for it and read it all before you go buy one.
