Oh yea, and how baout those two that you have to reach in from the other side to get. That one took me forever to figure out, I took all the ones out of the front and then pulled on the thing for 20 minutes. I thought it was super glued on or something

HAHAHA, dude, i had never been under the hood of a car until i did the cam swap, my buddy from work led the way, he was like "unbolt the runners", i tell him im done and he starts to pull at one, hes like "dude you sure you got all the bolts" and im like "yea" he's pulling, looking all over, then he's like "wtf" and he saw the bolts behind, they are ANNOYING as hell to get to as well.....that cam swap we did was murder, nothing comes out of that car easily, every step of the way GM managed to design the car in some way to make a tear down a hassle....

Exactly....there's no such thing as a bolt on. I've worked on my car long enough to find that out. I work on helicopters for a living. If I had to grind, drill, and bend stuff to make replacement aircraft parts fit, I wouldn't wanna fly on it. Thankfully, aircraft parts are usually not like that.

I've spent over 2 year scratching and clawing to fix up my 85. It was worth it in the end LOL the only things that were ever bolt on, on my car was original stock parts.
