i just changed my steering column and i give up on looking for the VATS.

so where are they on my 92?

get it removed from the chip or solder in a resistor. its the easiest way to go.

ok this is crazy i used the key that came with the new column and it started!!


what do u guys think of that!?

gm only used like 12 different resistors over the years, its not like each car had a different one. As long as the resistance matches within 5% then your good to go,
