i didnt see a fuse box in the engine bay. I checked under the dash, though I doubted they were gonna be there, and didnt find anything. Anybody know?

Fuse box is under the driver's side of the dash, behind a panel (if you're one of the few who still has it) just to the outside of the steering column. You pretty much have to lay on your back in the driver's seat and put your head in the floorboard to see it clearly.....it's way up under there.

 

i checked there but i didnt see anything about fogs

 

I might be wrong but according to Chilton, it is protected by a fusable link. It is esentially the same as my 91 but in 91, it has a fuse and in your year it is protected by this fusable link
