where to find 9 bolt rear axle

I just spent all this time putting 96 brakes ona 87 9 bolt rear and now I find out the damn thing has a bent axle. Does anyone know where I can find one? If anyone has an extra one please email me I need the driver side (the shorter one). Let me know the price shipped or where I can find one. I emailed the guy at 9bolt.com and hope I can find one as fast as possible. Anyhelp would be great.

Thanks
Brett

Miles at 9-bolt.com is a good bet. I have a 2nd 9-bolt but it too has a bent driver side axle, sorry. Moser enginering is also a possibliity. On a side note what is your exhaust setup like. It says hooker shoties but what year, model, etc. I would also like to know what you did for a y-pipe because mine leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks.

Yeah, unfortunately hooker doesn't make a y pipe so I had one made at the local exhaust place. I think I'm going to get long tubes and go with a bigger y pipe. I think the shorties were for the basic 305 that was in my car. Thanks for the help though I already emailed the guy at 9bolt.com with no reply yet. Anyone else know where I can get an axle shaft.

Thanks
Brett

I just got back from Toronto motorsports park and am way behind on emails We were out there trying to get a few passes in on the new Mike Janis built (Jan-Cen) motor. Unfortunately we only got one pass in (rain and other new setup bugs) which was a very soft 500ft pass that went 5.50 @ 116 in the 1/8 mile. Trying to get the car ready for the World Street Nationals in Orlando

I'll look for an axle tonight when I get back, but which side do you need?

Miles
