if you like the hot rods check out the bottom picture in this thread first. let me know if you still like them after a real close up.

hardest part of picking wheels is not being able to see them on the car in person.

I like the boyd hot rods but i like your stock polished/cromed ones better. If you deside to get new rims and not sure what to do with your stock ones i would proboly be interested.

here is the lowdown....

stingers are the most expensive out of the group with a woping 125 more a wheel. do you still like them now?

the hot rod wheel is nice, however i don't like the star effect on the wheel. look closely at the center and you will see what i'm talking about. i'm currently working with boyd to make a custom version that still smoothes out the center section but gets rid of the star shape that you see.

the budniks are a nice wheel, however straight on they give off a very busy look....still cleaner then most budniks but more busy then i would like.

the hot rod wheel is roughly 400 with all the options and the budnik comes it at 475. with price being a consideration a custom altered version of the hotrods would do the trick; however i think the stingers would give a more clean and subtle look but still have a custom feel. I'm not really sure what to think of the budniks right now. the worst part of it all is the wait time. at roughly 6+ weeks for build that's a long time to wait for rims.

91RS5speed, you have to look more into the page. the chrome 91 z wheels were sold to be replaced by my current 18 z06 wheels that are on the car now. however, i sold them too so i definately need some wheels. i just can't find a wheel that is resonably priced that i like above all of them.

now if hre, iforged, etc weren't so expensive at over 1,000 a wheel i'd be able to settle real quickly.

I give another vote for the stingers, very pricey though.

I like the arrows.

The stingers are nice but they are a little flat and that small round center is not doing it for me.

The hot rods are nice too and the star thing in the middle wouldn't bother me.

The arrows didn't look busy too me. I mean there is more going on than on my wheels but on the car, they should look fine.

I had a hard time choosing between regular zo6, chrome zo6, or chrome y2ks. I went chrome y2k. The chrome zo6 were just too bling imo. Too many spokes for chrome. But those choices seem easy in comparison to these wheels. Especially having to wait and the increased price.
