Mods are Hypertech Stage 2 chip, K&Ns & air box cut on the bottom. Other then that the car is stock.
This is last year numbers so Lets see what it brings with the new Alm Driveshaft on.
I know the driveshaft isnt going to do much but it did lighten the car up a few lbs.

We race this saturday so lets see.
Can you say blown that old record out of the water?
Went to the track yesterday & did 3 runs & did a 14.669 @ 93.21

13.30 @ 105 with the old 100HP shot setup!

Now hitting it with a rich 150 shot and lets just say I whomped on a local 2002 SS that has run 13.0's at 112 MPH Put about 4 cars on him from 40-120. Wish we coulda went from a dead stop because he can't hook up and my car does nothing but hook up

I can't wait to get to the track!

My best is 7.4 @96 in the 1/8 with the NOS 175shot...

Motor best time was 12.9 at 102...with a 1.88 60ft... the car should due better though...No NOS on that 1/4 run on Drag Radials...aired to about 14lbs.

....usually get any where from 13.4 to 13.00 in the last 3-4 years...but parts have been miss match due to breakage....

trying to get everything back up to spec now...after 4 broken rears and 3 bad trannies....

last pass at the track was 13.3 with the wrong stall 2800....and a messed up 1-2 shift...shifts at 4500 and a bad drive shaft vibration....

getting a TH350 with 3500stall (right stall) and new drive shaft...

now if I can just shift out of 1 by 6500..... I should go 12.7 on muscle....

Spray to run low 11s

then rollcage....

This year shooting for 11.9 with a SN2000 and a few more mods.
Check out my web page for picks of me taking out a 97 SS and a LS1 Camaro.
Don't forget to vote while there.

87 IROC, no weight reduction, 87 305 sbc, ExtremeEnergy cam factory heads, factory intake and factory quadrajet carb that needs rebuilt and dry rotted street tires.......... 14.14@97mph with alot of wheel spin

my brothers 90 5.0 mustang GT with exact same mods except he has performance street tires....... 14.19@96 mph with minor wheel spin

This proves that the 5.0 ford is no better than a 5.0 chevy. They both make very, very, very, good boat anchors

My best time was last year when i ran a 13.7 at 107mph on a 100 degree day, with a 2.3 60 foot time, and a stock computer chip, but i beat a ram air ls1 with bolt ons on that run.

when I got mine it ran a 14.6 in the 1/4 without alot of what it has now. It had a weiland intake , likewood side pipes that only had one of the little 1" pipes hooked up to the collectors!!!!, a 650 Holley without the back of the carb hooked up!!!, and some other crappy stuff like 7MM wires, and no posi.
Now I have a Holley pro-injection setup, tru duals with 2 1/2s and flows, edelbrock perfomer intake, posi, 8.8 wires, and all newignition. I just wish I could get it right to go to the track with it

I know some of you guys are big in to racing & just not racing Sportsmen bracket racing. But Pro & S/P with your camaros.
I see most of you guys running Low to mid 14s with alot of help (Mods) But my car is Running Mid 14s with out the help of a bunch of mods. I have seen only very few cars (87-92) with the L98 engine that can run under 15 with out any problems. Why is that?

The first year I drove my car I was running 14.9s Totally Stock.

2nd year was 14.7s-14.8 Depending on the track I raced. With only a Hypertech chip, & K&Ns.(end of last year I hit 14.689 With the air box cut out.)

This year I am running 14.66s in my car at the one track ( I dont know what I will run at the other track since we have Yet to run there.). Newest mod was alm driveshaft (but I dont think that would improve me that much).

The two tracks I run One is Right at sea level & the other one is like 500Ft above.
