No. The Corvette 350 has aluminum heads and the f body 350 has cast iron heads.

The runners and plenum are the same. The intake manifold is different only in that the Corvette aluminum heads have the 86 and older style intake bolt pattern, while the 87+ f-body has the four center bolts in the intake manifold at a different angle (72* vs 90*). Also, the Corvette routes the EGR gasses from the exhaust manifold to the port on the passenger side rear, while the f-body gets the gasses from the cylinder head. Both intakes flow the same. Also the Corvette L98 and the f-body L98 have the same camshaft.

One other small difference, on earlier Vette's there was a 9th injector, called an enrichment injector, for starting and excellerating.

The 9th injection was on 85-88 TPI engines, and was absent on 89-92 TPI engines. Its sole purpose was to shoot extra fuel into the engine for a couple seconds while starting, when the outside temp was less than 40* F. It was only controlled by a temp sensor on the front of the intake manifold, not by the computer. It did not provide any acceleration enrichment.
