What type of oil?

What type of oil?
I have a 92 305 TBI with 113,000 miles on it. I live in Texas so it is up and down weather starting this time of year. Should I be using a 10w30 or a 5w30 for this daily driver.

I should say my car uses Either Havoline 10w 30 & my car has 135k miles on it. & its an 87

I just changed my oil today I put in 10W-30.

5W30 Amsoil here. 216,000 mi. and still runs stronger than ever.

i use redline most of the time.. but i use to use mobil 1 10w30 *what ever the red top is *

If you are going to change it every 3000 miles and don't have excessive mods, then 10W30 oil will be fine. Otherwise, use Mobil 1
