Exclamation What temperature should I be running?

My temperature guage is showing that I'm running between 200 and 210 degrees. I think thats a little high and I plan on getting a different thermostat later today after work.

What degree thermostat should I get?

Please give me your input because I need to get one in a couple hours.

Thanks

Nothing out of the ordinary with those temps. New T-Stat, get a 180 deg one for best results.

What does the temperature have to get up to for me to start getting worried? Just in case if I have to wait till the new thermostat is shipped.

my car generally runs around 220....i usually start getting worried past that point, even if it doesn't reach the red zone on the gauge

I say go w/ the 160 thermo... much better results... but changing the thermo isn't going to really help unto you get the computer tuned for it.
