I will ask SDPC in the morning, but wanted to see if any of you knew off-hand.

Those are your typical cast iron GM emissions-era 76cc heads (casting number 993)- an Autolite 25 would be about "stock" and an Autolite 24 would be one heat range colder than stock. They're short-reach threads and use a tapered seat (no crush gasket).

Gap 'em around .040-.045

Ya BR9ES's for mine. And I sold my sled probably three years ago. NGKR's are what my buds sled took. Thats kinda different. Damon knows plugs from a thirty year old head, plus the tread pitch, depth etc lol.

I grew up hotrodding motors that came stock with those heads kissing cousins (the dreaded 882 castings) so you don't forget that kind of stuff to quickly.

And I'm damned near 40 now, thank you for reminding me! Now where'd I leave my Geritol?

Awesome thanks! I tried x-ref'ing it at O'Reilly's and they were coming up with a 26. I'll give this 25 a shot and see what happens eh?

Reccomended gap?
