what next

My 88 camaro has come a long way from 305 TBI to a 5.7 350 out of a 96 1500. I added a k&n filter, performance chip, flowmaster muffler, and a rebuilt 700r4. Now I'm not sure what to do next, complete headers to the muffler with a new cat and a cutout, or new spark plugs, wires, ignition, and a coil. What will give me a better power jump and any suggestions of what brands to get.

i would most def. go w/ the headers, cat, and a cut out. that will give u more power than the ignition stuff will. but the ignition should be next on the list after the headers and such.

brands,it depends on ur budget. if u wanna spend $400-$500 on a set of SLP's then go for it,but i would just buy a set of Headman Headers....cant beat the price and they fit awsome. i have them on my car and ive had them in and out 3 times now and havent ever hit them w/ a hammer. Headman also makes long tube headers for a 3rd gen now too,im not sure on the price but im sure its very reasonable. w/ either set of headmans,u have to buy their y-pipe (for the shorties) and i dont think they sell a y-pipe for the long tubes so u would have to get 1 custom made.

hope that helps

spend the extra 15$ and do the plugs too.. its a pain but very low cost. and... why not? youre gonna be under there anyway, and theyll be easier to get at with the headers off
