What Cam for a Stock '92 350??

Hey guys, I just nailed a pretty clean, low mileage 350 from a rolled '92 Chevy truck. I plan on installing it into my '87 Camaro. The block is a late model 1-piece rear main seal, but has no provisions for a roller cam. I wanted to change the the flat tappet cam with another flat tappet while I have still have it out of the car. I was going to change the valve springs with some Z28 .500" lift springs and retainers too.

What cam should I go with? I was looking at something from the Summit grinds because they are pretty cheap for cam and lifters. I am going to reuse the stock rocker arms, pushrods, etc.

There are two main issues to deal with are stock CR and good ol' Cali SMOG tests. I have to be able to pass SMOG.

The Camaro is a factory 305 4bbl car (computer controlled Q-jet). The Q-Jet has been rebuilt with fatter secondary rods and hanger.

I also have the following bolt-ons:
-Edelbrock Performer Intake w/EGR
-Edelbrock SMOG Legal Headers
-3" Hollowed CAT (going to High-Flow unit soon)
-3" Exhaust
-80 Series Flowmaster
-K&N Open Element Air Cleaner

Thanks guys.

Take a look at that 214/224 @.050 cam that I think Summits sells, or if not some budget company makes for under $100 for the kit . Should be about right IMO for a mild 350.
