Its been almost 6 months and I finally got the engine in my 84 z28 put back together. It is a 327 with aluminum roller rockers, and edelbrock carb and intake. I need to adjust the valves on it, but I dont know what the exact procedure is for it. It has fluttering vaccuum, and the carburetor pops.

PLEASE HELP!

 

if they are hydralic tighten until the pushrod cannot move up and down any more and then turn it half a turn
