How much vacuum should I have at idle (rear ports of TPI plenum passenger side.)

Depends on the condition of your car...17-20 inches/mercury is good, some a little less still acceptable. What have you got?

Denpends alot on the cam. A stock cam should pull 17-20 inches. A big, wake the neighbors cam would probably be 14 inches or less.
