urgent tire question

will 245/50zr 16 tires fit on stock 89 iroc wheels? i am asking because the car i bougth came with 225's. thanx

Are they 16" wheels? Then yes, that was the factory size.

yes, standard size is 245/50r16 for all the irocs. some of the camaros came with 235's.

i have read you can easily fit a 255 tire on the stock iroc rims without anyproblems.

i have goodyear eagle hp 245 50zr16's on my 89 iroc they fit just fine

they will fit on the rim without a problem...but in the front, they will rub pretty bad in my experience. but in the back...they look and work great.

they may rub slightly. mine did but i could barley hear it. its becuase of the plastic piece inside the wheel well was bubbled at one end on both sides. i fixed it
