TV Cable
Anybody know how to adjust the tv cable on the 700r4 in my 87 ta w/ carb? I've got a really sucky take off right now and I think it's the tv cable. I don't have the money to take it to a shop right now and I'm tired of driving it like this. Please help!

This is how I have learned to do it:
Push in on the gray detent button located on the throttle bracket, pull the black cable towards the firewall as hard as you can, then release the button. Get in the car and slowly press the gas pedal to WOT. You should hear it click. And your done.
